Chef Collins' junior and senior culinary arts students visited Hudson County Community College on Thursday, October 5 to participate in their “Culinary Student for the Day" program. Chef Puc demonstrated a culinary lesson for the students. The trip to HCCC's culinary program was a holistic experience that combined education, inspiration, and practical skills development.
