County Prep Students Visit Alstede Farms with Chef Palsi

On Tuesday October 2nd County Prep Chef John Palsi took his students to Alstede Farms in Chester, NJ. to pick apples. The following day the class made apple pies, apple cupcakes, apple turnovers and apple danish with the apples they picked.
