On February 23, 2023 County Prep’s Culinary Arts class and Audio Visual Production class collaborated together to celebrate Black History Month. Chef Collins’ students created delicious soul food dishes including Hoppin’ Johns, Country Biscuits, Oxtail, Sweet Potato Pie, Collard Greens, and more. Mrs. Martinez’s AV Production students recorded and edited the event.
