County Prep students attended Career Success Workshops sponsored by Junior Achievement and hosted at County Prep High School during February and March of this year. The series of four workshops equipped students with the tools and skills required to earn and keep a job in high-growth career areas. The activities focused on the 4 C's: Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity. A special thank-you is extended to Christy Biedron from JA and Nicole Schultheis from Accenture, who beamed into the class virtually, for taking time out of their busy schedules to present to our students. The final workshop focused on team-building activities and some of the students' creations are depicted below. The Career Success program is aligned with the New Jersey Department of Education Career Ready Practices.
