On May 1st County Prep High School’s Fashion Program hosted their 2015 Fashion Show “Fashion Through Music” with both daytime and evening performances. Students modeled outfits inspired by such music as Rock, Classical, Hip Hop, and Pop. Over 70 students designed and modeled the clothes and many served behind the scenes by organizing the lineup, tending the door, and helping with makeup. Fashion teacher Mrs. Patten is proud of her students for not only designing all of the outfits, but also for accessorizing the models and organizing the event with everything from tickets to the program slideshow. More than three-hundred people attended the evening show. Appreciation is extended to the following departments: Cosmetology for hair styling; Video Production & Photography for taking video and photographs; and Culinary Arts for the delicious refreshments. Three Senior County Prep Fashion students are continuing in the fashion vocation next year in college. Amanda Carter, Jeannine Martinez, and Diamond Vasquez are attending LIM College in New York City this fall. Congratulations!
