County Prep Theatre Arts has competed this year in the Virtual Governor’s Awards Competition for Theatre, and four of our students have been selected as finalists: Seniors Ivellisses Segovia and Kayla Velazquez for contrasting monologues and Seniors Arbaz Khan and Alyssa Anglade for Improvisational Pairs. The winners will be announced during a very special Awards Ceremony Broadcast that will air on Friday, January 22, 2021, at 7:30 pm. Mrs. Shields is very proud of all of the County Prep competitors and is happy our comedians are working on their skills and competing regularly despite the circumstances the performing arts are faced with at the moment.
