When the leaves start changing from its summer green to a yellow hue, when pumpkins are placed on stairwells, when the television broadcasts "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown", - that's when you know, Halloween is coming!

October, the month of spook-tacular events is here! Student Council is preparing to unleash not one, but two Halloween inspired events back-to-back; Movie Night and the anticipated Halloween Costume Contest. Movie night, coordinated by Kayleen De Matos and Kristen De Matos will feature Henry Selicks', dark fantasy horror film, Coraline. Come cozy up and enjoy the spooky viewing to get in the ghostly spirit for Halloween. Following, the Halloween contest will take place. Coordinated by Stephany Santiago and Nisha Purino, students will showcase their creative costumes for the chance to win a prize. Show your support by taking part in these Halloween festivities!
